Autumn Glow in Westpark

Took a ride to Westpark to see what autumn is doing there.

• The rose garden wasn't what it was but the blossoms weren't completely finished yet. Some other autumn bloomers were still showing their colors, too.
• There were no more turtles sunning on the stones in the lake.
• It didn't smell like autumn, it smelled like grilled sausage. There were still a good number of Turkish families out for a Saturday barbeque and picnic, almost as many as in the summer months.
• The beer garden was closed.
• Lots of families out, children on their trikes and scooters and little bikes or seated in a cargo bike.
  

Altogether a friendly scene, nothing sensational to take pictures of, but certainly warm enough still to stroll leisurely with camera in hand and enjoy a Saturday afternoon in the park.
